Respond to the questions below to move another step on the path to self-recognition.  This exercise is designed to reveal how you act and behave at work.  Ask a trusted co-worker to answer the questions as well and see whether their view coincides with your own.

Now look at your answers and notice where you’ve answered no. Consider what strategies you need to implement to convert the response to a yes – that is if you want to.
