Find Your Motivation

We’re all unique and as such have different motivators.  You need to find what stimuli drive you.  Reflect on all the goals you’ve achieved and analyse the stimuli that drove you to complete them.

Different goals require different stimuli. Discover what stimulus you need to get the job done.  Ask friends and family for their opinions and really dig deeply within yourself.

 

This is not an easy exercise. You must be truly honest about what motivation you need to be effective.  Spend as much time as you need to find all the things that really motivate you. 

 

Once you have gained clarity on what drives you, get out of your circle of comfort and create a strategy to ensure you are surrounded by the stimuli to fuel your motivation.
