Stress Management Case Studies in West London
Case study 1 - Sciatica
This middle age woman was limping and also very tired; she hadn’t had a good night’s sleep for days. Her doctor said the sciatica would need at least 6 weeks to subside. Normally clients lie down on the couch but as that was too painful for her the balance involved using acupressure while she was initially standing up. Once the symptoms of her sciatica had reduced she was able to lie down and other corrections involved the need for nutrition.
Just after her first session her husband said that for the first time in days she had been able to get a good night’s sleep.
Case Study 2 - Severe Back Pain
He had been diagnosed by the doctor with a disc prolapse –a slipped disc. When I saw him, he was in tears; he could barely walk, sit or even lie down. He was in a very poor condition, his breathing was hard and eating was painful. It was almost impossible to use acupressure because he had such a tender lower back. Luckily Kinesiology has balancing techniques where clients can be brought back into balance without using direct acupressure on to the body. This was one such case and during the relevant emotional and electromagnetic corrections the client gave several deep sighs as if pain was being released.
After his balancing session his neighbour, a doctor, was so amazed at the change she wanted to see me in action!
My client is now walking with far more ease happier and even smiling.
Case study 3 – Arm Mobility and Leg Cramps
When I saw him he had already seen a doctor and a chiropractor for a slipped disc which happened three years ago. His back was still stiff and he had difficulty rotating his arms. His every move was painful; he had pains in legs and arms continuously. During the course of his balance using acupressure he was getting cramps. The balancing procedure indicated he needed a nutritional correction and supplement to stop his cramping. I worked on his back and arms using acupressure to balance him structurally. This was not enough as an emotional correction was also needed to remove trauma from past injuries.
After the balance he felt much lighter and was able to move his arms more freely, two weeks later his cramping had stopped.
Case study 4 – Digestive Nightmares
He had been on over the counter antacids for three months to reduce the symptoms of indigestion, but this didn’t stop him from getting up in the middle of the night with terrible belly pains. The pains were so bad he thought he was dying. His doctor assured him he wasn’t but it didn’t stop his painful bouts of indigestion. When I saw him I used muscle testing to get feedback from the body’s biofeedback system. Muscle testing found the antacids creating an imbalance in his belly’s effectiveness to breakdown food. He needed a nutritional supplement to rebalance his belly acid and digestive enzymes.
A month later he phoned to say how well he was sleeping and that he had ditched the antacids completely. Those painful night time episodes had disappeared.
